Within the scope of the Quality Education for the Workforce of the Future (E4J) Project, implemented under the coordination of the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies (YEGITEK), it is planned to procure individual consultancy services for the Project for Improving Educational Environments and Employability Skills of Individuals with Special Educational Needs, which is being implemented by our General Directorate. The Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies (YEGITEK) now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) (published in July 2016 and updated in November 2017 and August 2018) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest (https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/c84273d1b230aeb2b0b8134de5dc8cd7-0290012025/original/Procurement-Regulations-7th-Edition-Sep-2025.pdf).
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Approved Selection Methods for Individual Consultants set out in the Procurement Regulations. The contract will be signed between the Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies YEGITEK and the Consultant.
Turkish and English CVs prepared in accordance with the template provided in the Annex, together with copies of the diplomas, certificates, reference letters, and other supporting documents referred to in the CV, as well as the names and telephone numbers of persons who may be contacted regarding the applicant’s professional experience, must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time) on 02/11/2026, either by e-mail to the address provided below or by hand delivery to the address specified below.

Ek’te yer alan örnee uygun olarak hazrlanm Türkçe ve ngilizce özgeçmiler, özgeçmite atfta bulunulan diploma, sertifika, referans mektubu ve dier destekleyici belgelerin fotokopileri ile adayn mesleki deneyimi hakknda bilgi alnabilecek kiilerin isim ve telefon numaralaryla birlikte, en geç 02/11/2026 günü saat 17.00’ye (yerel saat) kadar aada belirtilen e-posta adresine e-posta yoluyla veya aada belirtilen adrese elden teslim edilmelidir.
