The National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Enhancing Vocational Training in the Power Sector in Nigeria. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Trainee Vehicles. 2. The NAPTIN now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Vehicles: 1No. 32-Seater Bus, 8Nos. 18-seater Buses and 1No. Pick-up Truck 3. The procurement will be conducted through National Procurement Competition (NPC) in accordance with: • AFD Procurement Policy for AFD-Financed Contracts • Applicable Nigerian procurement regulations The procurement is open to eligible bidders from all countries as defined in AFD eligibility guidelines. 4.
