Prophylaxis - Catenary system

Banedanmark is currently preparing to enter into a framework agreement covering technical advice and assistance related to the "Sicat SX" and "Sicat SX light" system types, collectively referred to as "Sicat SX". Below is a non-exhaustive description of the services expected to be delivered under the framework agreement. Additional services are limited by the Utilities Directive's rules on single-supplier situations. General services: General technical ad hoc assistance regarding possibilities and limitations as well as technical information in the Sicat SX system type, e.g., component information and drawings, bridge passage, adjustment possibilities, review/commenting of design rules, etc. Services in the demarcation phase: Design of mast placement and wiring in connection with the need for adaptation of the Sicat SX system, for example; design of mast placement for changed track layout and changed track geometry, design of passage at transferred bridges, design and interface coordination in transition zones to other system types, design and interface coordination for changes in electrical sectioning, delivery of tensioning plans with wire data at the demarcation phase level, delivery of dgn drawings and 3D models according to Banedanmark's ICT specification and CAD manual, participation as needed in design and coordination meetings. Services in the detailed design phase; Full detailed design of the catenary system in the Sicat SX system type, including; detailed design of mast placement including coordinate list for poles, detailed design of wiring including creation of tensioning plan, design of dimensionally accurate cross-sections, design of electrical component arrangements on masts, design of masts including static calculations and steel drawings, detailed design of catenary suspension and hangers for production list level, delivery of a complete bill of materials for catenary components included in the Sicat SX system, delivery of dgn drawings and 3D models according to Banedanmark's ICT specification and CAD manual, participation as needed in design and coordination meetings. Services in the execution phase: Assistance in answering technical inquiries regarding the Sicat SX modification project, assistance with project changes during execution, updating project material as a result of answering inquiries and changes, participation as needed in design, construction, and coordination meetings. Services in the completion phase: Assistance in updating as-built drawings, assistance in handing over data and drawings to the documentation archive.
