Op deze aanvraag mogen geen ZZP-ers worden aangeboden!Wij zoeken een ervaren en praktisch ingestelde (>20 jaar) Programmamanager op het snijvlak van HRM en IT, opgedaan in een omgeving waar digitale transformatie centraal staat. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het publiek / private werkveld en met programma- en verandermanagement. Je kunt een implementatie technisch doorvoeren maar ook uitrollen en het gebruik ervan realiseren. Daarnaast coordineer en initieer je de implementatie van een nieuw functieboek aan de hand van de systematiek van Berenschot. Wil je ook jouw ambities realiseren binnen een digitaal gedreven organisatie? Maak kennis, ontdek kansen en laat je verrassen door KVK. De opdracht is tweeledig A. Implementatie aansluitende WFM Tool B. Uitrol naar de organsiatie Per 1 januari 2022 is de nieuwe HR Core, Payroll en de ESS/MSS-processen live gegaan. Vanaf januari 2022 zijn stapsgewijs de overige ESS/MSS-processen en de cyclische HRM processen live gegaan. Inmiddels wordt er volop gewerkt aan het live zetten van cyclische processen (Prestatiemanagement, Talentontwikkeling, 360 feedback, jaarlijkse vlootschouw, SPP, Werving & Selectie) vanuit de vastgestelde integrale visie op Talentontwikkeling en E-HRM processen en in lijn met de nieuwe HRM Strategie en HRM rolverdeling. Dat vergt verdere afstemming en realisatie, maar ook acceptatie bij de organisatie, daarom vragen wij iemand die ook in werkgroepen het gebruik van de verschillende tools kan realiseren. In samenwerking met/uit naam van Directeur HRM voer je Stakeholdermanagement richting RvB en de business (stakeholder workshops) en geef je begeleiding van de lijn bij het zich actief eigen maken van tooling en faciliteer je hun eigen actieve rol. Een ervaren Programmamanager met ruime kennis van HRM processen en IT. Een pragmatische denker die altijd het einddoel voor ogen houdt. Een teamspeler, iemand die kan overtuigen en mensen kan meenemen in veranderingen. Iemand die ruime ervaring heeft met HRM dienstverleningsmodellen en analytisch kan denken. Iemand die kritisch durft te zijn en kan spiegelen.
