De Regio Deal Noord-Holland Noord richt zich op het versterken van de brede welvaart in de regio, met speciale aandacht voor een prettige, veilige, gezonde en bereikbare werk- en leefomgeving. Binnen de programmalijn Beter Leven zoeken wij een stevige en ervaren Programmamanager die richting en sturing geeft, samenwerking stimuleert en bijdraagt aan een veerkrachtige regionale samenleving. Doel van de opdracht: Implementeren van de visie en het strategisch meerjarenplan voor Beter Leven. Verankeren van het programma Beter Leven binnen de gehele Regio Deal. Verbeteren van de bereikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid van publieke en maatschappelijke voorzieningen. Regie voeren op investeringen in de fysieke leefomgeving. Resultaat: Een gedragen en ge?mplementeerd programma Beter Leven binnen de Regio Deal NHN. Concrete verbeteringen op het gebied van fysieke leefomgeving, bereikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid. Sterkere sociale cohesie en aandacht voor (mentale) gezondheid van inwoners, met bijzondere focus op de vergrijzende bevolking. Optimale samenwerking en afstemming tussen de programmalijnen Beter Leven, Beter Leren en Beter Werken.Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een VOG van de kandidaat te overleggen. Vanaf 1 januari wordt het handhavingsmoratorium op de wet DBA opgeheven. Dat betekent dat de belastingdienst mogelijk kan gaan handhaven op schijnzelfstandigheid. Zelfstandigen die zich willen inschrijven op deze opdracht willen wij vragen om zich via een bureau te laten inschrijven op deze opdracht. Hierin staat de zelfstandige vrij in de keuze voor het bureau. Indien blijkt dat na gunning aan voorgaande niet wordt voldaan betekent dat de gunning automatisch komt te vervallenDeze opdracht kan alleen in loondienst worden ingevuld.
