Daarnaast beheren we de regionale erfgoedcollectie, waardoor we de bijnaam ?het collectieve geheugen van Zuidoost-Brabant? met trots dragen. Werkzaamheden De projectcontroller binnen de fondsmanagementprocessen van MRE heeft als doel een accurate financi?le monitoring, risicobeheersing en effici?nte administratie van de fondsen Mobiliteit, RegioDeal, Stimuleringsfonds en Wonen. De werkzaamheden omvatten: ? Verwerking en controle van aanvragen: het financieel beoordelen, verwerken en monitoren van (subsidie)aanvragen en -rapportages, inclusief budgetbewaking en compliance-checks. Documentbeheer en archivering: Structureren en beheren van financi?le en administratieve documenten om naleving van regelgeving, transparantie en audittrail te borgen. Ondersteuning fondsbeheer: Financi?le analyse en afhandeling van stromen, opstellen van managementrapportages en forecasts voor interne en externe stakeholders. Co?rdinatie en planning: Assisteren bij de projectmatige organisatie en planning van fondsgerelateerde activiteiten, inclusief risicoregistratie, notuleren en verslaglegging van overleggen.
