Wat voor persoon zoeken we?Licentie specialist met focus op Microsoft licentiesWat is de taakomschrijving? Als Projectleider Aanbesteding Microsoft Licenties ben je de trekker van dit traject. Je draagt zorg dat vanuit de afdeling Interne Dienstverlening de juiste inhoudelijke expertise samen met de collega?s van de afdeling Inkoop komen tot een scherpe behoeftestelling. Je bent leidend in het opstellen van de benodigde inhoudelijke documentatie, haalt de benodigde informatie op bij de collega?s IM en Informatiebeheer en levert deze als input aan bij Inkoop, die de aanbestedingsstukken (voornamelijk) maakt. Je co?rdineer je alle benodigde stappen en ziet toe op zorgvuldigheid wat leidt tot een geslaagde aanbesteding waarbij onder optimale voorwaarden de benodigde licenties worden ingekocht. Naast M365 en server licenties gaat het feitelijk om het hele portfolio van Microsoft. (Azure, DaaS -o.a. W365 cloud pc's-, IaaS en Paas (Databases, back-up, firewalls, Server licenties, RDP Cals, SQL (on premises), Windows desktop, M365 E5 licenties, Copilot, Etc.) Je activiteiten: Je leidt de Europese aanbesteding t.b.v. de clustermanager Intern Dienstverlening, dhr. H. Bergsma; Je organiseert de bijbehorende overleggen, in samenwerking met inkoop, en borgt de aanwezigheid van de benodigde deelnemers; Je zorgt voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit, de tijdige oplevering en goedkeuring van aanbestedingsdocumenten (o.a. marktconsultatie, programma van eisen, inkoopplan); Je bewaakt en borgt de tijdige uitvoering van projecttaken in het inkooptraject; Je profiteert, waar mogelijk, van samenwerking met andere gemeentes of VNG afspraken; Je borgt de tijdige en rechtmatige afronding van de aanbesteding en de eventuele overdracht vanuit de vorige leverancier; Je escaleert bij opdrachtgever indien noodzakelijk . Wat is het resultaat? Aanbesteding is afgerond voor 1 april 2026 door gunning aan en het contracteren van ??n van de deelnemers.
