Den Helder bereidt zich voor op een toekomst zonder aardgas. Vanuit de transitievisie warmte (2021) heeft de stad beschreven hoe het in 2040 energieneutraal wil zijn. Het slagen van de warmtetransitie is een belangrijke opgave voor de stad. Wijk voor wijk moeten stappen gezet worden om in de toekomst niet meer afhankelijk zijn van fossiele brandstoffen en om de gebouwen in de stad duurzaam te verwarmen. Als projectleider duurzame warmte draag jij hier aan bij. Je voornaamste taken zijn: Opstellen van wijkuitvoeringsplannen Aanvragen van subsidiesAlle belangrijke stakeholders meenemen Communicatie en participatie Deze functie richt zich met name op projecten in gebied De Schooten en Zwanenbalg.Naast bovenstaande werkzaamheden ga je aan de slag met bevorderen van isolatiemaatregelen en het uitdragen van het beleid op het gebied van duurzaamheid.Na gunning van de opdracht dient de gegunde partij een recente VOG aan te bieden
