Original language: GermanIm Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde in Mitholz BE ein unterirdisches militärisches Munitionslager gebaut. Im Jahr 1947 explodierte ein Teil der eingelagerten Munition. Die damals vorgenommene Risikobeurteilung des verbleibenden Munitionslagers wurde als unkritisch eingestuft. Neue Risikobetrachtungen aus den Jahren 2018 und 2020 haben ein höheres Risiko als bisher angenommen aufgezeigt. Der Bundesrat hat am 04.12.2020 die Räumung des ehemaligen Munitionslagers beschlossen und eine erweiterte Projektorganisation mit der Planung und Projektierung der entsprechenden Arbeiten beauftragt. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird das Mandat «Generalplaner Zwischennutzung Anlage» innerhalb des Teilprojekts TP 2 «Bauten und bauliche Unterstützung» beschafft. Der gesuchte Mandatsnehmer übernimmt die Funktion als Generalplaner für Rückbauten, Erneuerungen und Umbauten, damit die bestehende unterirdische Anlage auf die Anforderungen der künftigen Prozesse der Munitionsentsorgung ausgerichtet werden kann. Schwerpunkte der ausgeschriebenen Tätigkeit sind Aufgaben als Architekt, HLKSE-Planer und Bauingenieur, weiter sind sicherheits- und umweltrelevante Leistungen Bestandteil der Aufgaben.
