Project Management for the General Renovation with Energy Efficiency Measures and Underground Car Park Renovation of Unterföhring Town Hall

General renovation with energy efficiency measures of the town hall site Münchner Straße 70 in Unterföhring and the underground car park located there with the following main objectives: - Redesign of office and workspace areas (also with regard to the most flexible usage concepts possible) and creation of a room book designed as flexibly as possible; there is already a room concept for this, which was originally intended for a new building. - Due to the change in framework conditions, the new building will not be realized by the municipality. However, the room concept should be largely incorporated into the new room book, as far as this is possible without additional costs. - Currently, there are 84 workplaces in the building. These are to be increased to a minimum of 90 workplaces. - Creation of break and social rooms for the municipality's staff. - Creation or improvement of accessibility and reachability of individual offices. The municipality comprises a total of six offices, with four offices primarily performing public law tasks during public access hours. - Implementation of 5 faction rooms and 2 meeting rooms - 1 large meeting room for 24 municipal council members, administration, press, and citizens - 1 small meeting room for 9 committee members, administration, and possibly citizens - Implementation of an energy-efficient renovation according to current legal standards - Fire protection upgrade of the building, especially the creation of a second escape route for the entire building and the implementation of modern and contemporary infrastructures in the areas of EDP and IT.
