- The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World bank toward the cost of the Yobe State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer - 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools.
- The Yobe State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Yobe AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Provision of 375 all in one Desktops Computer - 25 per School, 15 Projectors with Motorized Projector Screen i.e 1 Set per School for 15 Schools and 50 Printers for 50 Schools as follows:

The work period is 12 weeks and the margin of Preference shall not be allowed.
- The attention of the prospective bidders is hereby drawn to the compliance for specifications of items/materials to be supplied, installation/testing requirement and distribution of the items to respective locations within the selected Senior Secondary Schools of Yobe State.
- Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulation IPF Borrowers, revised September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulation”) Available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework and it open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Procurement Officer, Yobe State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00pm (local time) at the address given below.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (
N100,000.00) only in a Bank draft in favour of “Yobe Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project-”; or bank transfer to the Project Bank Account (the bank account details are: Zenith Bank 1228887240 Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment). The Document could be collected at the address below on presentation of proof of payment, at the bidder’s request, the documents could also be sent by courier after payment of an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. - Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 10 below on or before Wednesday 4th November, 2026 12:00 Noon (local time).
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration duly signed by the bidder representative.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successfully bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
