This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Pubic Service Delivery, on behalf of the Department of Business, Mining, Trade and Job Creation, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Geological Consulting Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
