United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:Consulting services: Provision of technical assistance services for school infrastructure assessment and roadmap development under the Kiribati ICT Transformation of Education Systems (KITES) Project, funded through the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) System Transformation Grant, Component 1: Access.The assignment comprises:(i) ICT infrastructure and school readiness assessments of selected schools in Kiribati (South Tarawa, North Tarawa, Abaiang, Marakei, Abemama, Kuria and Tabiteuea North);(ii) development of ICT infrastructure designs, blueprints and scalable deployment models for ICT-enabled model schools;(iii) preparation of technical standards, specifications and procurement guidance for ICT equipment, connectivity, networking and renewable energy systems;(iv) development of maintenance, asset management and sustainability plans; and(v) capacity building, monitoring support and an implementation roadmap to support the phased rollout and future scale-up of ICT-enabled model schools.Please refer to attached Procurement Notice.New/ Extended Closing date set 23 August 2026, 11:59 p.m.
