United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:Consulting services: Provision of technical assistance services to conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment for ICT-integrated teaching and learning under the Kiribati ICT Transformation of Education Systems (KITES) Project, funded through the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) System Transformation Grant, Component 2: Teaching Quality.The assignment comprises:(i) a baseline survey of ICT competency levels among teachers in selected model schools and Kiribati Teachers College (KTC) students;(ii) review of existing ICT competency standards and related frameworks;(iii) review of the ICT and digital citizenship curriculum (pre-service and in-service);(iv) review of teacher professional development systems, programmes and materials related to ICT-enhanced teaching and learning;(v) mapping and assessment of digital learning resources and Open Educational Resources (OER); and(vi) a consolidated baseline, gap analysis and prioritised recommendations, with Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations integrated throughout.Please refer to attached Procurement Notice FormNew/extended closing date set 23 August 2026, 11:59 Samoa time
