Předmětem veřejné zakázky je průběžné zajišťování provozní údržby, oprav, havarijních zásahů, servisních činností a drobných stavebních prací v objektech užívaných Českou geologickou službou na území statutárního města Brna. Plnění zahrnuje zejména elektrikářské, instalatérské, topenářské, zednické, malířské, podlahářské, zámečnické a sádrokartonářské práce, zámečnické práce, diagnostiku závad, stěhovací a manipulační činnosti a další související služby nezbytné pro řádný provoz a údržbu objektů zadavatele. Součástí plnění je rovněž zajištění potřebného materiálu a dopravy za podmínek stanovených rámcovou dohodou. Plnění bude realizováno na základě dílčích objednávek podle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele.
