Predmet ove grupe nabave su građevinski radovi za Područni ured Prelog, Hrvatskog zavoda za socijalni rad, koji se izvode u sklopu projekta PK.6.2.04.0002 "Nova perspektiva Hrvatskog zavoda za socijalni rad: Izgradnja i rekonstrukcija za snažniju podršku zajednici", sukladno troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji specifičnoj za ovu lokaciju. Detaljna specifikacija predmeta nabave za Grupu 1 nalazi se u projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji te troškovniku koji je objavljen u sklopu ovog postupka nabave. Smatrat će se da je gospodarski subjekt prije podnošenja ponude u svemu proučio ovu Dokumentaciju o nabavi i njezine priloge koji se odnose na ovu grupu, da je došao do svih potrebnih podataka koji utječu na izvođenje radova na lokaciji PU Prelog te da je na osnovu svega toga podnio svoju ponudu.
