Sopimuksen voimassaoloaika päättyy 31.12.2026. Toimittajan varastoon on jäämässä kreosootilla kyllästettyjä Väyläviraston puisia ratapölkkyjä noin 80 000 - 90 000 kpl. Varastolla on valmistauduttu kreosootilla kyllästämisen loppumiseen.
Sopimusmuutoksella jatketaan sopimuksen voimassaoloaikaa vuodella, 31.12.2027 asti ja optiovuodella 2028. Sopimusmuutoksella supistetaan myös sopimuksen sisältöä. Sopimusmuutoksen myötä toimittaja ei ole velvollinen valmistamaan ja myymään tilaajalle kreosootilla kyllästettyjä puisia ratapölkkyjä. Muuten noudatetaan alkuperäistä sopimusta mm. pölkkyjen varastoinnista, varustelusta, kuormaamisesta kuljetusvälineeseen ja takuusta.,

Toimittajan varastoon on jäämässä kreosootilla kyllästettyjä Väyläviraston puisia ratapölkkyjä noin 80 000 - 90 000 kpl. Varastolla on valmistauduttu kreosootilla kyllästämisen loppumiseen.
Sopimusmuutoksella jatketaan sopimuksen voimassaoloaikaa vuodella, 31.12.2027 asti ja optiovuodella 2028. Sopimusmuutoksella supistetaan myös sopimuksen sisältöä. Sopimusmuutoksen myötä toimittaja ei ole velvollinen valmistamaan ja myymään tilaajalle kreosootilla kyllästettyjä puisia ratapölkkyjä. Muuten noudatetaan alkuperäistä sopimusta mm. pölkkyjen varastoinnista, varustelusta, kuormaamisesta kuljetusvälineeseen ja takuusta.
