Framework Agreement for Abloy OS Access Control System Hardware and Installation Works for the University of Jyväskylä Buildings

This tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of hardware and the execution of installation works for Abloy OS access control systems across various buildings at the University of Jyväskylä, spanning the period from 2026 to 2030. The framework agreement will select three suppliers. The winners of this competition will be responsible for the installation works of the access control systems for the year 2026. Subsequently, installation works and hardware will be procured through mini-competitions, either on a building-by-building basis or for groups of buildings, annually among the three selected framework agreement suppliers. Installation works for the access control systems will be carried out in or within parts of the buildings. During the first year of the framework agreement, the plan is to renew the system in the Ylistönrinne buildings (Ambiotica, Physics, Nanoscience Center, Laboratory Center) and in the renovated section of the Agora building located in Mattilanniemi. A preliminary schedule for each building is detailed in the "Criteria for the Subject of the Procurement" section of the request for proposals and in the draft procurement contract. The detailed scheduling will be agreed upon with the selected supplier. In the following years, access control systems will be renewed in other University of Jyväskylä buildings located in Jyväskylä, at a pace of approximately two buildings per year.
