Reformulation of push messages in BpGO

The contracting authority defines in this tender invitation, based on Section 105 (1) c) of the Public Procurement Act, the supplements that the tenderer needs to supplement their offer with: The winning tenderer's task is to create the sending of extraordinary traffic disruptions, direct marketing messages, maintenance, and other messages in such a way that the filtering and segmentation of users based on various criteria (e.g., previously purchased fee-based products, application language, last login date, etc.) is solved. The development also provides new deep-linking options for push messages and in-app messages, with which we can direct the user to different parts of the application, and creates the possibility of sending different notification sounds for BudapestGO. The goal of developing push messages is to enable more efficient and personalized communication with BudapestGO users. One of the most important functions of the application is the immediate provision of information, for example, in case of traffic changes, service notifications, or promotional campaigns. With push development, customers can receive more relevant, informative, and even timed messages, which enhances the customer experience. From a business perspective, the goal of the development is to expand the communication capabilities of BudapestGO and improve the efficiency, segmentability, and measurability of messaging, which supports the long-term plans of BudapestGO and BKK.
