Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Madaripur.. Construction of 3-Storied Fire Service & Civil Defence Station Building with 5-Storied foundation and Construction of 3-Storied Utility cum Residence Building with 5-Storied foundation including with Civil, Internal & External Sanitary, Drain, Training Tower, Reception, Walkway, Fuel Store, Road, Boundary Wall, Site Development, Arboriculture, Saluting Dias, Flag Stand etc. at Madaripur Sadar under the project of Establishment of 20 Fire Service and Civil Defense Stations (12 New and 8 Reconstruction) in Important Places of the Country Project. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.

2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.

3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of frame structure (minimum 2-storied building with 3-storied Pile foundation including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification, 150KVA Sub-station, 30KVA Generator and Air-cooler) Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 13.50 (Thirteen point Five Zero) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.

4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) Crore. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.

5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-8 shall be Tk 5.00 (Five) Crore.

6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Crore.

7. The tender security shall be Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lakh.

8. The tenderer must submit Manufacturer's authorization letter for generator.

9. The Tenderer must submit with Tender :
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.
c. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.
e. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction.
