Published by Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED). Procuring Entity: Md. Hasan Ali. The Scope of Services of the Consultant includes, but not limited to the following: to provide independent technical advisory and selective review support to the PIU to ensure that infrastructure investments under the project are planned and implemented in accordance with principles of climate resilience, disaster-risk-reduction, quality assurance, and lifecycle sustainability. The Consultant will support the PIU in strengthening technical decision-making and ensuring that infrastructure interventions are appropriate to local conditions and aligned with project objectives. Procurement Method: Selection of Individual Consultants (SIC). Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget Loan. Experience and Resources Required: Educational Qualification: The Consultant should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage.
Experience: At least 7 years’ professional experience.
The consultant should have 03 years of demonstrated experience in climate-resilient, disaster-risk-informed, sustainable, or lifecycle-based infrastructure assignments related to roads, bridges, culverts, drainage systems, slope protection, shelters.
