Rammeavtalene skal dekke behovet for tjenester i forbindelse med service, vedlikehold, utskiftninger og nyanskaffelser av elektroinstallasjoner. Det skal inngås parallelle rammeavtaler for Oslo.Denne rammeavtalen er kunngjort for oppdrag som utføres i kommunene Oslo, Asker og Bærum, herunder Kolsås, Huseby leir, Akershus Festning, Lutvann leir, Linderud leir, samt Oslo sentrum og enkelte mindre lokasjoner tilknyttet disse.Det skal inngås parallelle rammeavtaler med inntil 3 leverandører.
