De uitvraag van een raamovereenkomst van de volgende werkzaamheden rondom het verkeers- en vervoermodel NRM-LMS voor vaste periode, later te noemen: ‘looptijd van de overeenkomst’, van 4 jaar:
• A. Auto- en fietsnetwerken (perceel 1)
Het actualiseren van het auto- en fietsnetwerk dat wordt gebruikt binnen de NRM- en LMS-modellen
• B. Referentieprognoses (perceel 2)
B. Het opstellen van alle (midellange- en lang termijn) referentieprognoses NRM/LMS. Modelontwikkeling is geen onderdeel van deze opdracht.
