Onderhavige opdracht is een overheidsopdracht voor leveringen en heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het aanbieden en faciliteren van multimedia aan de medewerkers van Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg binnen het door ZOL aangeboden cafetariaplan. ZOL wenst één opdrachtnemer aan te stellen die instaat voor een kwalitatief, gebruiksvriendelijk, marktconform en administratief efficiënt aanbod van multimedia-apparatuur volgens de principes van flexibel verlonen. De opdracht omvat uitdrukkelijk meer dan de loutere levering van multimediaproducten. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het volledige proces vanaf het ter beschikking stellen en permanent actualiseren van een passend assortiment tot en met webshop, bestelling, administratieve verwerking, budgetcontrole, levering, retour, garantie, nazorg, rapportering en ondersteuning. Het aanbod wordt aangeboden binnen het door ZOL gehanteerde cafetariaplan. ZOL maakt hiervoor gebruik van het platform Acerta FlexPay.
