Die drei heutigen Krankenhausstandorte der Grund- und Regelversorgung in Aurich, Emden und Norden werden zu einem modernen Klinik-Campus mit einem Leistungs- und Qualitätsanspruch eines Schwerpunkt-Versorgers, mit wesentlichen Maximalversorgungsanteilen, perspektivisch zu entwickelnder Anbindung zu den Universitäten in der Region, im verkehrstechnischen Mittelpunkt der drei Städte zusammengefasst.
