Zusammenfassung der Kommunallizenz für den Freistaat Sachsen und der Verbandsliznezn für die Gebiete außerhalb des Freistaates Sachsen bzgl. der Softwarenutzungsrechte an der Produktlinie VIS-Suite einschließlich Softwarepflege. Die KISA ist seit 18.03.2009 Inhaber einer Kommunallizenz für den Freistaat Sachsen an Komponenten der Produktfamilie VIS-Suite der PDV. Ferner hat die KISA aus der Rahmenvereinbarung vom 19.07.2019 per Einzelabruf vom 08.07.2025 eine Verbandslizenz zur Nutzung und Unterlizenzierung der VIS-Suite Produkte für ihre nicht in Sachsen ansässige Mitglieder begrenzt auf insgesamt 5.000 Anwender nach Durchführung eines eu-weiten Vergabeverfahrens erworben. Mit diesem Vertrag haben die Perteien die Vereinheitlichung der zwischen ihnen geschlossenen Lizenzvereinbarungen sowie die Aktualisierung der lizenzierten Produkte vereinbart.
