Original language: GermanDer Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Ablösung des Archivsystems opentext vom namensgleichen Hersteller für die Kommunale Wasserwerke Leipzig GmbH durch die Bereitstellung, Migration, Wartung & Support eines vergleichbaren Systems mit mindestens gleichem Funktionsumfang. Die Leipziger Wasserwerke betreiben gegenwärtig ein elektronisches Archivsystem, das als zentrale Drehscheibe für geschäftsrelevante Unterlagen fungiert und dabei eng mit dem Dokumenten-Management-System sowie der SAP-Landschaft verbunden ist. Obwohl der laufende Betrieb stabil verläuft, zeigen sich zunehmende wirtschaftliche Herausforderungen: Vor allem der Wunsch nach mehr Flexibilität, Mitspracherecht, Transparenz in der Weiterentwicklung und einer nachhaltigeren Kostenstruktur macht eine grundlegende Modernisierung erforderlich. Mit der geplanten Ausschreibung will das Unternehmen eine zukunftsfähige Archiv-Management-Lösung einführen, die rechtskonforme Aufbewahrung, performanten Zugriff und eine unkomplizierte Anbindung an bestehende wie künftige Fachsysteme ermöglicht. Im Vordergrund stehen eine verläss-liche Migration der heutigen Bestände, ein klar kalkulierbares Lizenz- und Servicemodell, moderne Schnittstellen für automatisierte Abläufe sowie ein passgenaues Betriebs- und Supportkonzept.
