Original language: GermanGegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Ausschreibung eines Rahmenvertrages zur Miete und Serviceleistungen für multifunktionale Druck-, Scan- und Kopiertechnik in einem Los.
Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen werden, auf den die 79 IHKs, IHK Digital GmbH, IHK-GfI mbH und der DIHK als Bezugsberechtigte zugreifen dürfen. Der Rahmenvertrag mit einem Anbieter und maximal 1000 Multifunktionsgeräten (MFGs) hat eine Vertragslaufzeit von 48 Monaten. Die jeweilige Einzelvertragslaufzeit beträgt 60 Monate als Standard. Initial wird die IHK-GfI mbH mit einer verbindlichen Beauftragung von ca. 25 MFGs starten. Das Ausschreibungsverfahren geht von einem möglichen Bedarf von bis zu 600 Drucksystemen (MFGs) aus.
