Framework agreement for maintenance/repair measures and small projects ZHAW Winterthur

The Building Department of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Office of Public Buildings, is conducting a tender on behalf of the Real Estate Office and the Department of Education for a framework agreement for general planning services for the study, planning, tender, and realization project phases. The expected services concern small to medium-sized construction projects for the maintenance and repair of administrative property buildings at the Winterthur site. These properties are used by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) under a tenant model. A framework agreement is to be concluded for these works with a general planner providing planning services in the areas of architecture, construction management, structural engineering, building technology (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation/control), building physics, building acoustics, fire protection, and door/security planning, with experience in implementing maintenance and repair measures for university buildings or similarly complex uses. A team (general planner with sub-planners) with high architectural, structural, and organizational competence and proven experience in dealing with existing, listed building fabric is sought. The contractors must be able to react flexibly to different requests and have appropriate personnel resources. They must be able to plan and realize a wide range of structural measures in a cost-conscious and appropriate manner and understand how to adequately implement the canton's objectives and requirements.
