Framework Agreement for IT Hardware Workstations

Framework agreement with individual calls within the scope of mini-competitions for the procurement of workstation hardware. The client intends to award the supply of IT hardware for workstation systems through an EU-wide tender. The aim is to ensure the provision of modern, standardized IT hardware workstation systems and to standardize hardware provision to a uniform solution. The scope of services includes, in particular, the supply of workstation hardware such as notebooks, monitors, docking stations, small parts like cables, keyboards, mice, headsets, adapters, and comparable components. Additionally, the service includes hardware-related services, specifically labeling with inventory numbers, delivery of devices to the respective locations, and the acceptance and professional return of old equipment. Furthermore, repair and complaint services as well as project-related rollouts (optional services) are included. For reasons of system harmonization, end devices for notebooks are exclusively from the manufacturers Lenovo, Microsoft, and Dell to ensure compatibility with the existing IT infrastructure. The client is seeking a maximum of three reliable and experienced partners who can ensure the high-quality delivery of hardware through a framework agreement with professional handling and who are a good fit for the client in terms of size and processes.
