Framework agreement for the supply of auditing services

Audit and certification of annual report (consolidated financial statements) and related audit tasks, including the issuance of various declarations. The service comprises audit and certification of the annual reports for Sund & Bælt Holding A/S (including consolidated financial statements), A/S Storebælt, A/S Øresund, Sund & Bælt Partner A/S, Femern A/S, A/S Femern Landanlæg, BroBizz A/S, BroBizz Operatør A/S, and Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S. Audit protocols, various assurance engagements, and management letters are to be prepared, as well as audits of any new companies. Please refer to the service description for a more detailed description of the audit task. The Sund & Bælt Group's primary task is to own, construct, and operate critical infrastructure in the form of fixed connections, including road, bridge, rail, and port facilities. Sund & Bælt Holding A/S is a wholly state-owned public limited company and is subject to public regulation. The companies' activities are established by law. The Danish state guarantees loans, financial instruments, and interest for the financing of the Great Belt facility, the Øresund land connection, and the design and construction of the Femern Belt connection, and to some extent other financial obligations in the relevant companies and in Sund & Bælt Holding A/S. The Danish and Swedish states jointly guarantee loans, financial instruments, and interest for the financing of the Øresund connection between the Danish and Swedish coasts. The companies' total debt portfolio is managed by a common treasury function, which is organizationally located in Sund & Bælt Holding A/S.
