Framework agreement for procurement and delivery of Audit Services for Tønder Forsyning 2026

The tender concerns a Framework Agreement for the procurement and delivery of Audit Services for the group companies in Tønder Forsyning. For a more detailed description of the tendered services, including the requirements the services must meet, please refer to the requirements specification (appendix 2) and the tender list (appendix 3), as well as any amendments and answers to questions. The services include annual delivery of the following services for the individual companies and the group: Annual report preparation Statutory audit Statutory auditor's declaration and assistance with management statements Reporting of annual report to the Business Authority Regulatory assistance Preparation of tax calculations, tax returns and reporting to the tax authorities As well as an option for various additional services The annual turnover and number of invoices for Tønder Forsyning's group are: Net turnover for 2024: DKK 203,000,000. Gross turnover for 2024: DKK 273,500,000. Total number of incoming purchase invoices is: Tønder Vand A/S: 1,000 pcs. Tønder Service A/S: 1,500 pcs. Tønder Spildevand A/S: 3,000 pcs. Tønder Affald A/S: 1,700 pcs. Tønder Deponi A/S: 400 pcs. Tønder Vedvarende Energi A/S: 50 pcs. (as the company is newly established with an expectation of under 500 pcs./annually) The payroll is around DKK 35,000,000 and all employees are employed in Tønder Service A/S. Total costs excluding payroll in 2024: DKK 211,000,000. The total turnover of the audit agreement as of 2024 was approx. DKK 750,000.
