Original language: noVaksdal kommune har til hensikt å inngå en rammeavtale med én leverandør som skal levere advokattjenester til kommunen. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke kommunen sitt løpende behov for advokattjenester, hovedsakelig knyttet til problemstillinger som vil oppstå i forbindelse med Bane NOR og Statens Vegvesen sitt arbeid med Fellesprosjekt Arna-Stanghelle (FAS) som går gjennom Vaksdal kommune. Fellesprosjektet Arna-Stanghelle (FAS) er et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Bane NOR og Statens vegvesen om å bygge sikrere og raskere vei- og jernbanetrase mellom Arna utenfor Bergen og Stanghelle i Vaksdal kommune.
