Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale med en – 1 – leverandør som innehar anskaffelsesfaglig kapasitet og kompetanse som er relevant for SPKs anskaffelsesprofil. Avtalen skal primært sikre SPK effektiv tilgang på bistand til gjennomføring av anskaffelser. I tillegg skal avtalen sikre SPK tilgang til juridisk bistand innen offentlige anskaffelser ved behov.Innenfor rammeavtalen kan det i perioder bli aktuelt med mer generell anskaffelsesfaglig bistand knyttet til relaterte tjenester. For eksempel i perioder med behov for spesifikk anskaffelsesrelatert kompetanse.Avtalen inkluderer følgende tjenesteområder:Operativ anskaffelsesfaglig bistandJuridisk bistandAndre anskaffelsesrelaterte tjenesterSamlet økonomisk omfang for hele rammeavtaleperioden på 4 år anslås å ligge mellom 3 og 6 millioner kr. ekskl. mva.
