Original language: noHarstad kommune, Kvæfjord kommune, Lødingen kommune, Tjeldsund kommune og Ibestad kommune ønsker å inngå parallelle rammeavtaler med leverandører for levering av tekniske konsulenttjenester for arkitekt og rådgivende ingeniører for følgende fag:
Delkontrakt 1 Byggetekniske tjenester: Bygg, Elektro, VVS
Delkontrakt 2 Branntekniske tjenester
Delkontrakt 3 Prosjektledelse/byggherreombud/byggeledelse/ (ITB-koordinator)
Delkontrakt 4 Bygg- og prosessautomasjon
Delkontrakt 5 Arkitekt/tekniske tegninger
Delkontrakt 6 Reguleringsplan
Vi ønsker å inngå parallelle avtaler innen hvert fag for å ha større trygghet for tilgjengelighet. Det vil bli tildelt inntil tre rammeavtaler for hver delkontrakt. Det kan inngis tilbud på en eller flere delkontrakter.
Rangering: Der det er parallelle rammeavtaler, skal tildeling ved avrop skje i henhold til den rangering som følger av evalueringen av tildelingskriteriene. Avtalepartner som er rangert som nr. 1 vil være den som i hvert tilfelle får muligheten til å påta seg oppdraget.
Prosjektene som denne anskaffelsen vil gjelde for er prosjekter på kommunale bygg, anlegg og eiendommer i kommunene omfattet av denne anskaffelsen.
Kontraktsverdi
Det er estimert et årlig forbruk på totalt kr 7.600.000,- for oppdragsgiverkommunene. Dette er kun et estimat og er ikke bindende for kommunene.
