I Kristiansand ligger ferge, cruise, container, OSP m.m., fordelt på Vestre Havn (ferge, container og cruise), og Havneavsnitt Nord, Kongsgård/Vige med vedtatt Kommunedelplan. KH har generelt behov for rådgiverbistand innenfor de angitte fagfeltene. Konkurransen gjennomføres etter forsyningsforskriften.
