Original language: noNav inviterer til konkurranse med forhandlinger i forbindelse med anskaffelse av rammeavtale for tolketjenester for døve, hørselshemmede og døvblinde. Hørselshemmede, døve og døvblinde har i henhold til folketrygdloven krav på tolkehjelp.
Målgruppen av døve, hørselshemmede og døvblinde som i dag benytter Navs tolketjeneste er 2700 personer. Anskaffelsen omfatter tolketjenester til personer i hele landet innen arbeid, utdanning, helse og dagligliv.
Nav utfører tolketjenester både ved bruk av egne fast ansatte tolke og eksterne tolker.
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en rammeavtale for den delen av behovet for tolketjenester som ikke dekkes av Navs interne kapasitet.
Denne anskaffelsen følger prosedyren for konkurranse med forhandlinger i to trinn. Oppdragsgiver velger ut hvilke leverandører som skal inviteres til å levere inn tilbud blant de som tilfredsstiller kvalifikasjonskravene.
Dette er kvalifikasjonsfasen, dokumentasjon for begge faser er lagt ved.
