Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Mymensingh PWD Division, Mymensingh. Re-Construction of Mymensingh Central Jail Project (1st Revised). Sub-Head: Construction of 160 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant for Mymensingh Central Jail, Mymensingh. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar works in the Construction, Supplying, Installation & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment plant of minimum capacity 100 Kilo Liter Per Day (KLD) of contract value at least Tk 275.00 (Two Hundred and seventy five) Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lakh over the last 5 (five) financial years.

4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) Lakh.
5. Sole agent/authonised representative Letter of STP module of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) based technology of proposed brand must be Submitted.

6. The tenderer must have Import Registration Certificate (IRC) with up to date.
7. Manufacturer authorization letter of Pump and Tank must be submitted from the manufacturer company with valid email address.

8. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year, electrical contractor license mentioned in TDS.
9. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
