Aanleiding en context De energietransitie en de groei van wonen, werken en mobiliteit in de Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) leggen een grote druk op de bestaande energie-infrastructuur. Netcongestie vormt een directe belemmering voor woningbouw, bedrijvigheid en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. Om deze knelpunten aan te pakken is binnen MRE het Realisatiebedrijf ingericht, gericht op het versnellen van complexe realisatieopgaven. Een van de urgente opgaven is de versnelde realisatie van circa 120 middenspanningsstations in de regio. Deze opgave vraagt om intensieve samenwerking tussen gemeenten, netbeheerders, grondeigenaren, provinciale en Rijksorganisaties. Voor deze opgave zoekt MRE een Casemanager Realisatie Energie-infrastructuur. Doel van de opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is het versnellen, co?rdineren en realiseren van middenspanningsstations in de regio MRE, door het professioneel begeleiden van complexe energie-infrastructuurcasussen en het versterken van de uitvoeringskracht binnen het Realisatiebedrijf. Resultaten en deliverables De opdracht resulteert minimaal in: Versnelde besluitvorming en realisatie van middenspanningsstations Concreet gerealiseerde of planologisch verankerde locaties Inzichtelijke voortgangsrapportages per casus Verminderde knelpunten door netcongestie in relatie tot woningbouw en economie Concrete voorstellen voor procesverbetering binnen het Realisatiebedrijf Positionering De Casemanager Realisatie Energie-infrastructuur werkt in opdracht van het Realisatiebedrijf MRE en opereert in nauwe samenwerking met gemeenten, netbeheerders en regionale partners. De opdrachtnemer werkt zelfstandig, met een sterke focus op realisatie, samenwerking en resultaat.
