Le projet de la Voie Verte d’Agglomération Rive Droite (VVA-RD) s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du Projet d’Agglomération franco-valdo-genevois (PA), cette voie verte offrira un nouvel espace public continu de 5.5 km entre le quartier de Concorde et la route de Satigny, à travers les communes de Vernier, Meyrin et Satigny. La VVA-RD est constituées de trois secteurs, eux-mêmes découpés en sous-secteurs, avec des plannings propres. Le secteur concerné par cet appel d’offres est le secteur 2. Il se situe sur les communes de Vernier et Meyrin, entre les deux gares.
