Le lot 1 est un marché public de service traité à prix forfaitaire sur la base des prix inscrits dans la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et à prix unitaires sur la base des prix inscrits au bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU) pour les prestations exécutées par émission de bons de commande, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 40 000 Euros HT sur toute la durée du marché, en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
