Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Realizacja 10 reportaży promujących projekt pt. „Modernizacja i rozbudowa dawnego kina Światowid na potrzeby Muzeum Nowej Huty" Projekt współfinansowany przez Unię Europejską w ramach działania VII Priorytetu Kultura Działania 7.1. Infrastruktura kultury i turystyki kulturowej Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027 oraz Gminę Miejską Kraków. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Zamawiający wskazuje, iż wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia winno skutkować wykonaniem całego narzędzia promocyjnego. Realizacja umowy jest uzależniona od postępów realizacji projektu, w tym prac budowlanych – stąd Zamawiający wskazał szerokie ramy czasowe dla poszczególnych etapów. Nie byłoby to możliwe w sytuacji konieczności wyboru dziesięciu wykonawców do każdego z filmu (odcinku) z osobna. Zamawiający wskazuje, iż taka forma realizacji zadania skutkowała by także zwiększeniem kosztów zarówno organizacyjnych jak i finansowych po stronie Zamawiającego. Realizacja poszczególnych odcinków pozwalać może na wykorzystanie ponowne już wykonanych zdjęć i nagrań – w przypadku realizacji umowy przez dziesięciu wykonawców każdy z podmiotów działał by niezależnie co uniemożliwiłoby optymalizację sposobu wykonania ujęć a tym samym wpłynęło na ilość podmiotów którym należy udostępnić wejście na plac budowy w trakcie realizacji robót.
