Anschluss an den Bestand und zugehörige Abbruchmaßnahmen (Aula Nord, Aufzug), LPH 01-09 • Freianlagenplanung der Erweiterung Süd inkl. Tiefgarage mit zugehörigen Abbruchmaßnahmen (Lehrerzimmer, Aula Süd, Pavillon), LPH 01-09 • Sowie besondere Leistungen gem. Leistungsbild Bei der Planung der Freianlagen ist auf einen harmonischen Anschluss an den Bestand zu achten. Angestrebt ist ein hoher Aufenthaltswert für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Schutz vor Hitze und Witterung sowie Zonen, die ein Lernen im Freien erlauben. Der Umbau des Bestandes ist nicht von der Freianlagenplanung betroffen. Die Vorgaben der Machbarkeitsstudie sind einzuhalten. Alle Abweichungen müssen mit dem AG abgestimmt werden. Bei der Kalkulation des Angebots ist zu berücksichtigen, dass Altlasten im Bestand und im Untergrund vorhanden sein können. Ein Gutachten wird durch den AG während der Planungsphase beauftragt.
