Description
08-Jul-2026 The services to be provided under this contract aim to assess the socio-economic, financial, environmental and social impact of the Transport Sector Support Programme – Phase IV in the Adamawa and North regions of Cameroon. The purpose is to measure the project’s contribution to the improvement of transport services, economic and social development, environmental protection and the sustainability of results, in accordance with the requirements of the loan agreement. More specifically, the aim will be to verify the extent to which the project has contributed to: increasing the road’s level of service on this stretch; facilitating the movement of goods and people; generating direct and indirect economic benefits for productive and commercial activities; improving the living conditions of the populations in the project’s area of influence (PAI); ensuring the sustainability of the project’s results and benefits after its completion; achieving these results efficiently, optimising the use of resources.
