The Government of the Republic of Chad (hereinafter referred to as the "Beneficiary") has received a Grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the cost of the PARAEB and intends to use part of the proceeds of this Grant to make payments for contracts for which this notice is issued. The PARAEB invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing the services described below: Recruitment of Firms/Consulting Offices for quality control and monitoring of school infrastructure construction works in the Provinces of Moyen Chari, Mandoul, Salamat, Sila, Ouaddaï, Batha, Hadjar Lamis, and Lac.
3. Interested Consultants (firms) must provide information on their capabilities and experience demonstrating their qualifications for the services (documentation, references of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified personnel, curriculum vitae, etc.). The interest shown by a company or a consulting firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Project to include it in the shortlist.
