1. The Government of the Republic of Chad (hereinafter referred to as the "Beneficiary") has received a Grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the cost of the PARAEB and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to make payments for contracts for which this notice is issued.
2. The PARAEB invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing the services described below: Recruitment of Quality Control and Supervision Firms/Offices for the Construction Works of school infrastructure in the Provinces of Moyen Chari, Mandoul, Salamat, Sila, Ouaddaï, Batha, Hadjar Lamis, and Lac.
3. Interested Consultants (firms) must provide information on their capabilities and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, references of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of qualified personnel, curriculum vitae, etc.). The expression of interest by a company or a design office does not imply any obligation on the part of the Project to include it in the shortlist.
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their respective competencies in the form of a joint venture or a subcontracting agreement.
