- The expected services include the following five (05) missions:
- Mission 1: Studies relating to the improvement and securing of Lake Mandroseza;
- Mission 2: Technical studies for the modernization, securing and optimization of drinking water supply infrastructure for the Mandroseza site and associated works;
- Mission 3: Study on the identification and analysis of complementary sites outside Mandroseza, with a view to mobilizing additional production capacities to compensate for the production deficit by 2032, during the transitional phase preceding the commissioning of the dam upstream of the Ikopa (Amboronosy);
- Mission 4: Feasibility study (APS) for the treated water supply pipeline from the Tsiazompaniry dam, passing through the Amboronosy site to Antananarivo, in accordance with the routes proposed in scenarios 2 and 3 of the SDAEP of Grand TanĂ ;
- Mission 5: Study of the priority phase of the first stage of the development of the drinking water distribution network of Grand Antananarivo, concerning the network and all associated works (reservoirs, stations, equipment), in accordance with the recommendations of mission M4a (distribution development) of the SDAEP study of Grand Antananarivo.
5. The PAAEP invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing the services described above.
