The general objective is to develop and validate the training and certification framework for the profession of construction site manager and supervisor.
Specific Objectives:
This study aims to:
- Precisely define the targeted job and professions, justifying their creation to generate employment opportunities in the transport and infrastructure sector, especially for women;
- Produce the framework for the profession of construction site manager and supervisor; and corresponding competencies;
- Develop the training and certification framework aligned with the National Certification Framework in coordination with the relevant ministry or government structure and regional standards to ensure the validity of the certification;
- Identify and structure training modules corresponding to the needs of the labor market and employers;
- Assess training and trainer needs for better qualification of personnel.
- Develop the certification and competency framework, taking into account the conditions for implementing training;
