Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu „Etnografické múzeum v Martine“. Cieľom rekonštrukcie je zlepšenie technického stavu objektu, zvýšenie jeho energetickej efektívnosti a predĺženie životnosti pri zachovaní jeho pamiatkovej hodnoty. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa stavebné úpravy, najmä obnovu fasády, obnovu, výmenu a repasovanie výplní otvorov a rekonštrukciu strešného plášťa vrátane zateplenia.
