Reconstruction of the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla, Ružomberok

1. The subject of the order is the construction works necessary for the reconstruction of the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok, including adjacent paved areas and greenery, including all professions and supplies related to the execution of the subject work.

2. The architectural solution aims to bring the building closer to its original state and appearance from 1969, when it was completed and put into operation. This will be achieved mainly by reapplying the glass-mosaic facade. Using modern methods, this facade will be flexibly suspended, dilated, and will transfer the movement of the steel bracket. A significant amount of structures are preserved and refurbished, especially the stone elements of the exterior facade, the entrance exterior stairs, the stone bases in the foyer and in the corridor in front of the toilets, at the adjacent front entrance, the stone interior stairs and plasters. Wooden floors in the memorial rooms (study and living room) are also preserved and restored. Only the office tract on the 1st floor is slightly modified in layout. The current layout is preserved throughout the building. To ensure accessibility, one of the interior staircases is removed and a ramp for disabled persons will be created in its place. In the basement, an inspection space will be created from the garage areas and one corridor. All existing recessed luminaires in the ceilings and the main luminaire in the foyer will be preserved and restored. Luminaires above the entrance exterior staircase, located on the underside of the bracket, will also be preserved. All existing locksmith products, doors in the memorial rooms, and furniture in the memorial rooms are preserved and restored. The project paid increased attention to the possibilities of barrier-free use of the building, both by users and the operator. 3. The successful bidder will be obliged, within the scope of fulfilling the subject of the order, to involve at least 2 entities registered in the register of social enterprises (https://registre.socialnaekonomika.gov.sk/registrovane-sp) as subcontractors in the reconstruction of the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok. If the successful bidder cannot fulfill the aforementioned obligation for objective reasons, they will be obliged to prove to the contracting authority the reasons preventing the successful bidder from involving social enterprises in the process of fulfilling the subject of the order, despite the successful bidder's reasonable effort to fulfill the aforementioned obligation. 4. The successful bidder will be obliged, within the scope of fulfilling the subject of the order, to ensure the involvement of students (inactive persons under 29 years of age) of educational institutions in the field of construction/architecture and artistic industry in the form of presentations about the performance of their activities at the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok, not only in the form of lectures, but mainly in the form of excursions and presentations of activities directly at the site of the reconstruction of the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok. The successful bidder may also involve primary school pupils (especially 9th graders) in the form of excursions to the reconstruction of the National Cultural Monument Gallery of Ľudovít Fulla in Ružomberok, with the aim of activating undecided pupils in particular, so that they decide on further studies at secondary and later university schools, after which they can participate in the restoration of national cultural monuments within their profession. The contracting authority will provide the successful bidder with a list of educational institutions that have expressed interest in involving their students or pupils in the process of restoring the national cultural monument in the aforementioned form, upon request. 5. The subject of the order also includes waste removal and disposal, with waste management being governed by applicable generally binding legal regulations. 6.
